About Melissa
Based in Bedford, UK Melissa Morgan Interiors Ltd was founded in 2014 so Melissa could balance family life with her passion for well thought-out and beautiful interior design. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in the residential and hospitality sectors Melissa prides herself on getting to know her clients so the offered design services can be tailored according to their needs and the results surpass her client's expectations.
A Canadian native with a desire to travel, Melissa was commissioned to design two bespoke residences whilst still in her last year of college. It wasn't long after she graduated with a BA in Interior Design from Fanshawe College that she sought out design inspiration in the cosmopolitan city Vancouver, BC, where she was an in-house design consultant and furniture designer at Bonaparte Designs; an acclaimed independent boutique establishment.
Seeking a bit more adventure Melissa settled in the UK in 2003 where she was employed by reputable hospitality design firms KCA International and Richmond International. Their endless lists of exclusive clientele meant Melissa worked globally on all aspects of luxury 5* hotels, and explains why she is able to embrace many design styles and apply them in a contemporary and creative fashion.
